Ask Gerrie About Real Estateā¦
I am part of an amazing team of Compass licensed Realtors. I am able to transfer my event planning skills to now help individuals and families buy either their first homes or transition to being empty nesters. With my design background and my organizational skills from event planning, I have a calming effect on everyone around me. Something that comes in handy when times become stressful in selling or purchasing a home. My goal is to make everyone feel comfortable with their decisions. After all it is one of the largest decisions you will make in life.

Ask Gerrie About Event Planningā¦
You know when you go to a party or an event and you leave thinking how tasteful it was, or how beautiful the centerpieces were, or what a great theme the party had? Well, all those things didn't just happen. They were conceived and created by someone. Someone who thinks conceptually and knows how to take an idea and turn it into reality.
That's what I do. I love parties. I actually love planning them more than attending them. My business started when I was getting phone calls from friends of friends. Each call was about a different aspect of a party or an event. But each one began the same way, "I was told to "ASK" you for help." Before I knew it, six women planning parties and events were working from my basement.
Previously my background was in advertising and design for 14 years. Designing everything from ads and logos to brochures and props for TV commercials. I worked with some of the region's best-known names. Companies like Stride Rite, Sperry, Simon Malls and Dunkin' Donuts. My contact list contains some of the best suppliers you won't be able to find on Google alone.
Prior to living in Philadelphia, I owned an event planning business. Although my focus has shifted to real estate, I have kept my invitation books and am willing to get involved in any fundraisers should you need an extra hand. Back in Boston, I adored working with non profits and giving back anyway I can. Hope In Bloom and "Light The Night" are two charities I feel passionate about.
